Running up for air
Activism is an endurance sport.
Partnership lead with Running Up for Air (RUFA) organization and Strava, global event strategy and execution, social plan and creative direction for global and retail channels.
With the Global RUFA campaign, our goal was to connect the wider running community to Patagonia and promote collective action through sport in the fight for clean air. We aimed to kickstart a global event series that spans Patagonia regions and focused on engaging the community via both in-person events at Patagonia stores and a digital Strava Challenge. Over 250,000 runners from 25 states and 17 countries came together to run 285,680,226 vertical feet while raising money for clean-air advocacy.
They/them

They/Them: Follow Lor Sabourin into the sandstone canyons of northern Arizona as they piece together five of the hardest pitches of their climbing career and a climbing community where everyone can thrive as their authentic self.
Easy is never as fun
Social strategy and positioning work. Example of campaign execution can be seen here.
The biggest joys usually come after crossing through your comfort zone. After all, “easy” is never as fun. That’s why we run, and it’s why we build high-quality running gear. Sure, this way is harder, but the alternative is no fun at all. Clothes that last are lighter on the planet—and the part of your brain that makes outfit choices—so you can spend more time on singletrack, not just now but forever.
